Job Title: Social Media & Influencer Coordinator (Freelance)

Role Overview: We are looking a reliable and detail-driven Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to support our agency’s social media presence and assist with influencer campaigns for our clients. This is a freelance role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on execution, influencer coordination, and campaign support within an agency environment.

You’ll manage the day-to-day execution of the agency’s Instagram and LinkedIn channels, while supporting influencer relationships, gifting, reporting, and campaign administration across multiple client activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Social Media (Instagram & LinkedIn)

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the agency’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts

  • Schedule, publish, and optimise content in line with the content calendar

  • Ensure posts are correctly formatted, captioned, tagged, and published on time

  • Monitor comments and messages, escalating enquiries where required

  • Coordinate content assets, approvals, and posting timelines

Influencer Campaign Support (Client Work)

  • Assist with sourcing and outreach to influencers for client campaigns

  • Manage influencer communications, confirmations, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate gifting logistics, tracking deliveries and content output

  • Maintain influencer databases, trackers, and relationship records

Campaign Coordination & Reporting

  • Support the execution of influencer campaigns across multiple clients

  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and content requirements

  • Compile campaign and influencer performance reports

  • Support general admin including spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation

About You:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in social media, influencer marketing, PR, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn best practices

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Clear and confident written communication skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and timelines

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
